The Project
This innovative research project focuses on integrating symbolic computing with machine learning to develop explainable AI solutions for real-world knowledge discovery. Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1# Academic Background:

- Undergraduate degree at 2:1 level in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- OR an appropriate master’s degree with a minimum overall grade of Merit (or equivalent for non-UK qualifications)
2# Skills & Expertise:

- Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Knowledge Discovery
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Academic writing and research development skills
3# English Proficiency:

- IELTS 6.5 overall (minimum 6.0 in each component) or an equivalent recognized by Swansea University
Admissions decisions will also consider research proposals, interview performance, and relevant professional experience.
