Current Opportunities
1. Internal Processes Structuring Expert
- Location: Tunis, Tunisia
- Duration: 2 months
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of our internal workflows.
- Design optimized processes for key operations like project management, HR, and finance.
- Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Train our team in the adoption of new tools and workflows.
- Deliverables:
A fully optimized operational framework, SOPs, and a trained team ready to implement efficient processes.
2. Business Planning & Revenue Development Expert
- Location: Tunis, Tunisia
- Duration: 3 months
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive business plan for financial sustainability.
- Identify and propose new revenue-generating activities.
- Conduct market analyses and feasibility studies.
- Create financial projections and KPIs for tracking progress.
- Deliverables:
A strategic business plan, feasibility studies for new initiatives, and a roadmap for revenue growth.
3. CRM Structuring & Implementation Expert
- Location: Tunis, Tunisia
- Duration: 3 months
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assess organizational needs to recommend the ideal CRM system.
- Implement and customize the CRM for optimal stakeholder and data management.
- Provide training and technical support for smooth system integration.
- Deliverables:
A fully functional CRM tailored to EL SPACE’s needs, user guides, and a trained team.
Qualifications
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Residency: Currently live in Germany with a migration history from one of the following countries: Albania, Cameroon, Colombia, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, India, Kosovo, Nepal, Serbia, Tunisia, Ukraine, or Viet Nam.
- Education & Experience:
- Hold a degree relevant to the position, recognized in Germany.
- Possess at least 5 years of professional experience in process structuring, financial planning, or CRM implementation, ideally within social enterprises or non-profits.
- Skills:
- Expertise in relevant tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, CRM platforms, financial modeling software).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- A proven track record of innovation and continuous improvement.
