Thrive Fellowship 2025
What is the Thrive Fellowship?
The Thrive Capital Fellowship is a prestigious 10-week summer program designed for rising college juniors. It offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Thrive’s team and portfolio companies at our New York City headquarters. Fellows will work on impactful projects, attend entrepreneurial events, and receive mentorship from our experienced team.
Fellowship Benefits
- $40,000 Grant
To help offset junior year education costs. - Paid Internship
Annualized salary of $100,000, running from June 2, 2025, to August 8, 2025 (pending school schedule). - Mentorship
One-on-one guidance from a Thrive mentor throughout the internship. - Skill Development
Work on strategic projects with Thrive’s Investment and Impact teams and develop entrepreneurial acumen.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age: Minimum 18 years old.
- Academic Status: Currently a sophomore at an accredited four-year U.S. university, graduating in 2027.
- Interests: A passion for startups, entrepreneurship, or investing. A strong interest in how technology and innovation can positively shape the world.
- Skills:
- Analytical abilities to understand and evaluate businesses.
- Effective communication and engagement with diverse stakeholders.
- Emotional intelligence and an ability to leave a positive, lasting impression.
- High ethical standards and respect for others.
Selection Process
- Application Opens: November 18, 2024
- Interviews Begin: January 27, 2025
- Fellows Announced: Mid to Late February 2025
